Returns / Refunds / Cancellations
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been ordered and shipping may not of occurred. You will need to provide the order number for proof of purchase. Returns are not allowed from slower CGC turn times, once a graded item has been purchased ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To request a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. IF your return is accepted, we will refund you payment through method that was used for purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (we are not responsible for damages caused in shipping). If you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot guarantee all art shown stays as the cover art printed. We will not authorize returns for change of cover art or CGC turn times.
